Robyn has spent more than twenty years as a scientific practitioner conducting community-based participatory and suicide prevention research, translating that work into technology designed to bridge the gap between mental health awareness and clinical care.

Dr. Cosgrove directs the StREaM Laboratory, focused on stress and mood in adolescents, and develops clinical interventions to minimize negative stress responses, with research extending to youth undergoing cancer treatment.

Bryan's background spans telehealth, medical devices, patient engagement platforms, and large-scale technology migrations, with a focus on delivering high-level IT strategy alongside rigorous execution.

Salma is a CPA with experience serving businesses from startups to billion-dollar companies across multiple industries and accounting frameworks, including participation in two IPOs and leadership of ZIM, a nonprofit microfinance organization serving low-income entrepreneurs globally.

Clinical scientist and treatment provider working in digital health. Jared completed his Ph.D. at Penn and held research roles at Duke, UNC, and Brown before entering the digital mental health industry, where he focuses on designing and demonstrating the value of new products for public mental health.

Digital Health Science Specialist with a degree in Neuroscience from Duke University. Melissa brings clinical research experience from Yale's Emergency Neurology department and a background in AI-based digital therapeutics, mixed-methods research, and mental health predictive intelligence to her work with Sharpen.
