Twenty years of research.
Built for the clinical frontier.
Resiliency Technologies develops behavioral health technology for children, adolescents and adults. Sharpen® DTX is the clinical evolution of two decades of community-based participatory research. Our EHR-integrated platform is designed to close the gap between screening and care.
Built from listening,
not assumption.
Sharpen DTX was built by listening. Robyn Hussa Farrell and Tim Farrell conducted 100+ unscripted community listening sessions across the country, asking real patients, families, and providers what they actually needed to improve mental health outcomes. The result is 700+ evidence-based modules and 4,000+ peer-created videos answering the 160 most commonly asked questions. Sharpen DTX brings that two-decade foundation into the EHR.
Rigorous research.
Real-world results.
Sharpen DTX is built on 20 years of listening, a naturalistic behavioral dataset from 80+ real deployments, and outcomes that have prompted health system expansion.
Sharpen DTX content library is the result of listening to patients, families, and providers across two decades. When individuals engage with our product they learn from people who look like them, walk like them, and talk like them.
Before Sharpen DTX existed, the Sharpen legacy platform ran across 80+ organizational deployments for six years. Individuals explored over 2.8M module views, and engaged with over 15,000 direct crisis resource activations. Every pathway was self-directed, with no prompting. That naturalistic behavioral dataset now trains the Sharpen DTX AI recommendation engine.
Across all Sharpen deployments, average engagement ranged from 10–44 minutes, with some cohorts sustaining 182 average active days per user. This dramatically exceeds industry benchmarks.
Our system integrates with Epic and other leading EHR systems, or it can operate as a standalone HIPAA-compliant dashboard. Clinicians prescribe, monitor, and triage from inside workflows they already use. Data and alerts are in real-time, enhancing clinician control.
